Here's what worked, and what didn't
Perfect location near shops and restaurants! The spacious executive apartment had all the comforts, including a well-equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space.
Some rooms show signs of wear with maintenance needed, such as outdated furniture and bathroom issues. Parking spaces are quite tight.

The room itself was spacious and fancy and had pleasant views of the lake. The hotel was placed in the very central location in centre of town.

Positive, We stayed in an executive one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was clean, warm, and spacious. The bed was super comfy. The location is perfect for walking back after dinner, and there's a great little coffee shop nearby for morning brews. Would definitely stay again ☕️

Very conveniently situated in town, just a few minutes stroll from the gardens, waterfront, cafes and galleries; it was surprisingly tranquil for a great night's sleep and I enjoyed the 'guests' only' shortcut across the little bridge into the central city. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well lit. The hot water was really hot which is always a good sign for health and hygiene.
There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway near the laundry which was a little off-putting; a worn patch/ hole in the carpet that needs attention on the stairway landing and - just a suggestion .... with the hotwater cupboard situated in the bathroom, it would make sense to keep it a bit tidier and hang a rack in there for towel drying especially for guests who are staying more than one nights and prefer the ecological saving of using the same towel but ensuring it's warm and dry. (I improvised with a coathanger which was fine but the idea could be incorporated more elegantly at minimal cost.) A full-length mirror for guests who are dressing for special occasions would be appreciated.

The apartments are at a great location for walking to shops, restaurants, transport etc. The rooms are spacious and clean with mountain and lake views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful 4 day stay in Queenstown.
Very picky.. But bathroom products are not so good and could have been replenished more, This was only an issue because we only had hand luggage with us and could not carry our own shampoo, shower gel etc.

The executive one-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished, ideal for a business traveler. Its excellent location on the edge of the town area allowed for easy access to restaurants and shops while maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The convenience of having free parking was a significant advantage in Queenstown, where parking can be quite challenging.
The reception area felt uninspiring and could benefit from more attention.

Location was perfect, walking distance to Queenstown centre. Grounds very tranquil, balcony, massive bathroom, spacious room overall and self contained. Late check out was granted. Will be back!

Plenty of space for my family with two sons. The living and dining area was very roomy, and we loved that the unit was clean and well-equipped with Sky TV and a Blu-ray player. The location made it super easy to explore Queenstown.
My wife says that a more comfortable couch would make a difference.
